CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation the traveller will receive the refund of his payment after deduction our contribution expenses on booking of Euro 15 and the following penalties:
1) For cancellation received over 15 days prior arrival - Total refund
2) From 15 to 9 days refund of 80%
3) From 8 to 5 days refund 50%
4) From 4 days till No-Show No refund
For cancel or amendments of a confirmed booking already, we charge from Your credit card 15 Euro as Your contribute to our cost of reservation and cancellation.
