Hotel NH Duc de la Victoria is just perfect. Its location combined with the quality of its installations (the building was finished in 2002) makes this a unique place to stay in Barcelona. It is right in the very center of Barrio Gotico (Gothic quarter), you can walk to see all that history that surrounds it in so many buildings and monuments nearby. And you'll have two other peculiar advantages: The Hotel NH Duc de la Victoria is just three blocks from Plaza Cataluna and two from the Ramblas, but distances enough from both, so you do not hear or feel the hustle. In general, the hotel is away from city traffic and noise, because in this old part of the city with its ancient narrow streets, where traffic is restricted to only pedestrian (they do allow taxis to come to the door of the hotel to drop and pick up guests.) Double beds are king sized, there is no traffic noise because of its excellent location and there is a garage available for guests.

Everything considered, Duc de la Victoria is an outstanding property where you get more than your money's worth, specially if you take suite, these are really a bargain compared to other 4 stars... and needless, to say it is so nice to have all the modern comfort nestled in the very center of this historic part of Barcelona, which is a must to visit.
