La Réserve de Beaulieu is located halfway between Nice and Monaco, nestled along the edge of the sparkling blue sea in one of the most glamorous towns on the Riviera. It radiates quiet sophistication and opulent charm. The impression of old-world grandeur is established by your first glance of the handsome, pastel-pink building whose entrance is flanked by tall, majestic palm trees.
Madame Delion personally oversaw the decor and evidence of her impeccable taste and loving attention for detail is seen throughout in the hotel’s understated elegance. Tones of delicate peach and creamy whites set the color scheme, while fine antiques and glorious displays of fresh flowers complete the feeling that you are in a hotel not owned by a large corporation, but run by owners who truly care. As might be expected, the spacious guestrooms are beautifully decorated. The dining room, a beautiful long room with gorgeous parquet floor and framed on both sides by huge windows, is spectacular.
Not only is the room stunning but, more important, the food and service are outstanding; the gastronomic part of La Reserve de Beaulieu offers the "Restaurant of Kings" which is 120 years old and have 2 Michelin Stars, which are a homage to the talent of chef Olivier Brulard, who took a fresh look at Mediterranean products and traditions and went on to create original, subtle recipes filled with character. The two stars also celebrate a refined decor, respectful of great French dining traditions, and the Restaurant's exceptional location overlooking the Mediterranean, with its immense and numerous bay windows. Last but not least, the two stars are for the professionalism of an entire team, from the "maitre d'hotel" to the wine waiter... definitely your meal is a pure pleasure.
