From Paris Ring Road "Boulevard périphérique":
Exit the Ring Road at Porte Maillot. Take the Avenue de la Grande Armée in the direction of Place de l'Etoile (Arc de Triomphe) then head down Champs-Elysées avenue until you get to the roundabout. Turn right on Avenue Montaigne, then take the first street on your left (Bayard Street) to François 1er square. Then take Jean Goujon street in the direction of Franklin Roosevelt Avenue.
