The A7 motorway is the fastest way to reach the region. The C-66 road crosses the region and links the inland area with the coast (25 Km. from Girona to Pals).

Taking this road (C-66), from Girona towards Palamos, the distance is approximately 40 Km. to Pals beach which can be traveled in some 35-40 minutes.
