From North: The best exit for Perugia on the Florence-Rome Motorway A1 (Autostrada del Sole) is the Valdichiana exit; from there take the S.S. 75 Highway, entering Umbria at Lake Trasimeno and continuing until reaching Perugia. To reach the Hotel Perusia e la Villa exit at the Perugia-Piscille exit; follow signs for the Centro (Centre) and then to the ospedale di Monteluce (Monteluce Hospital).
From South: Again taking the Florence-Rome Motorway A1 (Autostrada del Sole), coming from the south the best exit for reaching Perugia is Orte. From the Orte exit, first follow S.S. 204 (toward Terni), then take the E45 (or S.S. 3) from Terni to Perugia. When arriving in Perugia, to reaching the Hotel Perusia e la Villa take the Perugia-Piscille exit; follow signs for the Centro (Centre) and then for the ospedale di Monteluce (Monteluce Hospital).
