Hotel Perusia e la Villa was built in the later 1980’s on the grounds of a well known Villa which now houses the restaurant "Villa Perusia", which by the way, since January 1999, is opened all days of the week to hotel guest.

The rooms of Hotel Perusia e la Villa are quite spacious, comfortable and air conditioned, sizes vary from 260 square feet to approximately 310 square feet. Some new elegant Junior Suites and a two levels Suite were added in June 2003.

There is a swimming pool located on the fifth floor, on the hotel roof garden. The architectural relief of the building reinforces the natural hill position of Perugia, offering a splendid scenic view of the surrounding hills and valleys. At poolside, you can relax with aperitifs or cocktails while enjoying the sun and the beauty of the surrounding area.
