Louison Bobet thalassotherapy is thoroughly modern, curative and preventive and aims at total physical regeneration.

2,500 square metres of our Cruise liner to fitness are given over to the Louison Bobet Institute of Thalassotherapy, anchored on a magnificent sea water lake,

Wide corridors, rest and relaxation areas, spacious treatment rooms, sea water pools surrounded by large bay windows, soft colours … every tiny detail, such as aromatic air fresheners, seaweed based shower gel and shampoo, etc., all create a wonderful centre for total physical relaxation.

- the Poupe room (100 sq. metres), located on the same level as the lobby with a views over the sea water lake.
- - the Gréements and Haubans rooms (65 & 66 sq. metres), multi-purpose.

All have air-conditioning.

In-house : notepads, wall-mounted screen, moveable screen, OHP. All other equipment needs to be ordered.

• Catering.
Menus based on seasonal produce and tailored to individual events are created by our Chef, Yves Toublanc.

• Relaxation - sport and leisure activities.

Excursions

A number of trips can be made from the Miramar Crouesty hotel

• KERNERS WALK:

The oldest village, with the highest population, in the Arzon district.
Its fine church is much admired as is the mill at Pencastel, one of the very few tidal mills to remain and in a very good state of repair.

• RHUYS WALK:

This takes you all around the Rhuys peninsula, partly on paths, partly on the beach. After walking round the old salt marshes by way of the beach, you come to the château of Suscino, which is well worth a visit.

In the centre of the Gulf of Morbihan there are a number of places worth visiting, such as the Île aux Moines (Monks\' island), the Île d`Arc, etc.

• BIRD WATCHING:

The highest numbers of seabirds on the Channel and Atlantic coasts can be seen in the Gulf of Morbihan and the best time for watching them is from November to February when large numbers of barnacle geese, ducks and shore birds gather.

• OYSTER TRAIL :

OSTREANE, an association of oyster farmers, has created an oyster trail on the Rhuys peninsula for visitors to explore the world of oyster farming. Guided tours and oyster tasting in the company of local oyster farmers. Tasty !!
