Besides the nearby cities of Salamanca (20 Km) and Zamora (45 Km) there are plenty of tours to enjoy across the region: The beauty of the river Tormes, the golf courses in Villamayor and Zarapicos are only 20 and 30 min. drive. The natural, cultural and gastronomically interesting Sierra de Francia and Sierra de Béjar with villages like La Alberca and Candelario are 45 min. drive from the castle.
The villages of Guijuelo, Alba de Tormes, Toro and so many other interesting towns and villages are less than 1h. away. The impressive cliffs of the river Duero and our neighbours from Portugal are only 60 min. drive from Salamanca.
