The Health Centre

The Grand Hotel & La Pace NATURAL HEALTH CENTRE can be considered the natural successor to the old Roman Spas. In fact, at this centre, as in the Roman establishments many years ago, you'll find a gymnasium, water baths of different temperatures, and a professional beauty farm where you can get massages, purifying treatments with sea plant and natural herb extracts, mud and everything you need in order to find the aesthetic harmony of your body.
The program of aesthetic treatments follows the rules of the old "Study of Somatic-Features Science". This enables the beautician and the herbalist of our health centre to diagnose you particular problems and solve the according to your body's needs.

The Montecatini Golf Course

The Montecatini Golf course, located only 8 kilometres from the Grand Hotel, almost 6.000 metres in length, is extremely stimulating for all golfers: complex and undulating, five of the eighteen holes have water traps. Built on Pievaccia soil with a longstanding historical tradition, this course has one of the best natural conformations particularly suited to the game of golf. Other interesting obstacles include ravines and thick undergrowth.
Players can enjoy a particularly beautiful tee-off from hole 10, situated above a lake. Thanks to the determination and commitment of its founders, Montecatini Golf is one of the best spots in which to combine Golf and tourism. Golfers can match themselves, improve their technique and relax in the magnificent scenery offered by this beautiful natural area. The Montecatini Golf Club is closed on Tuesday.
