The Chateau de la Chevre d`Or is a jewel placed in the most beautiful of settings: Eze. Close to Monaco, Roquebrune and Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, barely 20 minutes from Nice and its airport, this medieval village is today one of the most remarkable sites of the French Riviera. It is a true Provencal Olympus, perched high up, overlooking the sea, at an altitude of nearly 400 mts. An exceptional location which apparently decided on its name which comes from the Latin «avisione», «view point».
The chateau´s proximity to the sea, inland villages, mountains and cities such as Monaco, Nice and Cannes provide it with a wide range of leisure activities to offer its guests.
You can try your hand out at a large number of sporting activities (sea and mountain), discover the magnificent villages perched high up in the hills, appreciate local crafts, wander along the streets of world famous towns, saunter through a large number of museums and cultural sites and savour the delicious evenings on the French Riviera.
