Situated on a 60 acre site, the Chateau d`Audrieu has no difficulty in proposing to its guests a variety of out-door activities for both young and old:
Meander through the garden on a mild evening,
Ride a bicycle along the 3 km of pathway through the park,
A circuit through the woods on a mountain bike,
Swim in the out-door heated swimming-pool,
Play with the children in the specially equipped area which is reserved for them. |

Garden:
The white garden with its fountain, the rose garden, the garden of cutting flowers and the mixed borders; a succession of enchanting spaces each with different design and colours.
Park:
An English style park with trees of more than three hundred years old of many species: beech, oak, ash, chestnut, cedar… Three kilometres of pathway where one can linger in the shade on a summer day… A deer may be waiting for you round the corner.
Swimming Pool:
A large pool set in the heart of a lawn surrounded by hedges and bushes to protect from the wind… Set slightly away from the Chateau, a tranquil haven… |

On the road to Mont St-Michel, between the Pays d`Auge, the Suisse Normande, the plain of Caen, the Floral and Pearl Coasts and the Bessin region, the Chateau d`Audrieu enjoys a privileged position from which to discover the wealth of Normandy:
Just a few kilometres from the coast with the famous D-Day Landing beaches and seaside resorts of the Pearl Coast: sailing marinas and nautical clubs.
Towns of rich historical heritage such as Bayeux and its famous Queen Mathilda`s Tapestry or Caen, home of the Dukes of Normandy: abbeys, museums, Memorial…
Escapades in the Norman countryside with its manor-farmhouses, cottages and orchards of apple trees.
Deauville, Trouville, Cabourg, Honfleur on a coast of cliffs and sandy beaches are a stones throw away.
